A corkscrew lies on the forest floor, its handle decorated with plum and teal scrollwork at the upper left and its blue spiral running down to a pointed steel tip at the lower right. Yellow mushrooms and pink flowers grow from the handle, and workers stand on ladders, scaffolds and the first coil of the spiral, hauling a small cart along the top. Around it is a coppice of cork oaks in orange, blue, green, purple and red. Under the trees are outdoor workbenches where people saw and sand planks, stacks of cork bark, barrels, baskets, wooden stairs and two cave doorways in the hillside. Someone climbs a ladder up the trunk of a red tree on the upper right. The corkscrew coils and each tree trunk form clear separate pieces across the forest floor.
