Pomegranate Vine Repeat Pattern

Round pomegranates, each crowned with the fruit's small pointed calyx, repeat across the frame on curling stems. Every pomegranate is patterned with fine spirals suggesting the seeds inside, rendered in coral, salmon, and red. Long teardrop-shaped leaves branch from the same stems, some striped, some scalloped, some filled with tiny swirls, in shades of lime, teal, gold, and blue. The stems themselves loop and curl like tendrils, connecting one fruit to the next in a continuous winding line. Behind the fruit and leaves, the background is broken into small irregular patches, each holding its own dots, checks, or floral fleck in a different bright color, so almost no plain space remains anywhere in the frame. The pomegranates are the largest, most repeated shape in the design, giving the eye an easy anchor to search for again and again.
