A railway museum hall in brick and timber holds three steam locomotives on parallel tracks: a red engine lettered The Iron Duke, a blue one marked Grand Line No 49, and a maroon train further back beneath an arch. Green and red carriages and coal tenders trail behind them. Along the left wall, glass cases display coloured tickets and enamel badges, with signal lamps, levers and hand tools mounted above. A wall of clocks under a "Station Time" board shows different hours for Oakwood Jct. and other stops. Uniformed figures in caps stand as displays near the platform signs, while one visitor in a long coat studies a framed map. A model layout labelled Little Lines Railway curls around its control desk, and stickered trunks wait by the benches. Each locomotive's flat colour block anchors a corner of the crowded hall.
