A tapir with a long lilac snout and pink-lined blue ears wades through a flooded forest. Its patchwork hide is teal, cream, coral and purple, and its feet are tipped with orange hooves. A garden of orchids, bells and yellow mushrooms grows behind its head. Tiny people have settled on the back: two sit sorting berries on a coral patch, a pair carry a small plank bridge over a gap, and others fish in a pond on the hip. Boats with paddlers drift by, and one carries a raft of pink flowers. Around the tapir, arching tree roots, ferns, rocks and red toadstools surround winding blue channels full of lily pads, with two thatched huts at the top corners. Each patch of hide has its own colour, so the pieces sort naturally.
