Something is broken
A puzzle that will not open, pieces that will not join, a picture that never loads. Tell us what you were playing and what device you were on. That is usually enough to find it.
A description gets something wrong
Every puzzle carries a title and a description written after looking at the picture, shown in the player’s About panel. If one of them is wrong, we want to know; corrections are made quickly and appear everywhere the picture does.
If a picture should not be here
The pictures are made for Jigwise, so there is normally no third-party rights holder. If you believe one resembles your work too closely, or simply does not belong on a family puzzle site, write to hello@jigwise.com with a link to the puzzle and what the problem is. The picture comes down while we look into it, not after — and it is remembered permanently, so it can never come back.
You do not need a lawyer or a form to do this. A plain email is enough.
